WELSH HEALTH SURVEY

The Welsh Health Survey (WHS) was an cross-sectional survey of about 15000 adults and 3000 children.

The WHS was a key source of information about the health of the general population in Wales. The WHS ceased in 2015. From April 2016 health and health related lifestyles are reported on using the National Survey for Wales.

Note: The data from the WHS and the National Survey for Wales are not directly comparable.
